While TSMC is a behemoth in Taiwan, it is relatively unknown in the United States. The company was struggling to attract and retain engineers. Our research quickly revealed a deep culture shock at joining a foreign company with rigid best practices but loads of potential.

We produced a suite of marketing materials to authentically distill TSMC’s culture and employment experience. The campaign was supported by paid ads on LinkedIn. Applications have climbed, retention is improving, and TSMC is building a positive reputation.
